Introduction to Organic Growing Workshop
Saturday 20th May, 10am – 4pm, Ravenscraig Walled Garden
Learn the basics of organic growing at our training allotment in Ravenscraig Walled Garden. We’ll be looking at what type of growing space you have, what to grow, and how. We’ll also discuss why organic growing can be good for nature, our environment and our health.
Training will be delivered both indoors and outdoors so participants are advised to dress for the weather and wear strong shoes or boots. There will be a break at 12pm, so please bring a packed lunch with you. Hot drinks and snacks will be provided. There will also be plenty of time for questions during the session.
