Dr Bike

Book your bike in for a free bike check and minor adjustments and repairs.

At Dr Bike sessions, experienced mechanics check everything on your bike from wheels, brakes, gears and tyre pressure to lights, racks, pedals, saddles and more. Any minor adjustments we can make to the bike, we do there and then. This will include free replacement of brake cables and blocks where required.

For more complicated repairs that we can’t fix on site, we will let you know exactly what needs to be done and give you a rough idea of what it should cost at a bike shop.

A “Dr Bike health report” will be supplied to customers afterwards.

This event will be conducted with social distancing measures and bike cleaning measures in place.

This event is part of the Kirkcaldy Car-Free Week.

Booking Information

The event is free but booking is required. Each bike will need its own half-hour slot – if your household has more than one bike that needs repairing, please book more than one slot.
