Family friendly fix a flat

Aimed at family groups, this class will teach you how to fix a flat tyre on your cycle, so that you can apply this knowledge at home or mid-ride.
All ages welcome: children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please book one ticket per person attending.
Starting from the basics of how to get wheels in and out of your cycle; we will then cover removing and reinstalling tyres and inner-tubes before moving on to repairing an inner-tube, as well as discussing the various puncture repair options as well as what you can do to reduce the chances of a ride-ending puncture in the first place.
Delivered by Lang Toun Cycles’ experienced cycle mechanics, anyone can register for this course. No previous experience necessary.
Tools, gloves and aprons will be supplied for use during the session. You are encouraged to bring along your own bike but this is not necessary. Please wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
